NCR Silver has reversed all duplicate charges related to the credit batch processing issues on March 3-4. Your customers can now log in or check with their banking or credit card company to see that the reversal has been made.
On April 9, charges from the time period of March 3-4, 2014 were accidentally duplicated in the system. We are sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you or your customers.
We are in the process of resolving your credit card batch processing now.
A high percentage of the duplicate transactions have already been resolved.
The system will automatically refund customers’ credit cards by Monday, April 14, so merchants do not need to directly refund their customers.
