Problem/Scenario:  Takeout/Delivery Order mode is not prompting on POS on each order.

Symptoms to identify issue: Silver PRO Site using Quick Service; POS not able to access or prompt for Take/out Delivery; Dine In does not print on kitchen chits.

Resolution: 
Access the Silver Pro merchant's Back Office. Open Settings > Store options. Here you will be able to toggle options on/off related to Takeout/Delivery.
